What happens when I submit a support ticket?
Network issues are most often identified proactively by CybertronIT our monitoring systems. Issues can also submitted to the Help Desk by any user. When an issue is identified we open a ticket in our ticketing system, and all resolution actions and client communication are documented in the ticket. The CybertronIT Help Desk has a two-tier structure to account for escalation of complex issues.
How do I access support from CybertronIT?
Our highly trained support staff is accessible, knowledgeable, and always courteous. You can obtain support by calling or emailing our client support center. There is no charge for Help Desk and desktop support, and no limit to the number of Help Desk tickets that may be opened for our MSP clients.
Is Cybertron a PC manufacturer too?
Cybertron began as a hardware manufacture in 1997 and evolved to include IT services in the early 2000’s by client demand. We manufacture an enterprise level brand of computer systems under the CybertronPC label. CybertronIT can work with machines of any brand and work with hardware vendors for parts and equipment across the industry – including our competitors.
Can CybertronIT help us with cybersecurity?
As part of our TOTALit tech management services, CybertronIT includes core security. We perform a risk assessment, develops IT security policies, offers employee training, and performs security reviews for your organization.
How often will you be on-site?
A CybertronIT team member will come to your office for initial onboarding, prescheduled onsite maintenance, projects, emergency response, strategic advisory meetings, and client meetings.
